What happened to all team chat sessions and actual training for new procedures? Teach one person and that person passes info on to next.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On June 1 everyone who is under 13.00 an hour gets raised to that. No cost living increase for anyone else. There should be something for those people. Hours have ed been slashed to near nothing. Can't live on that.
