to recognize hard working loyal workers , to give fair evaluations and not the tragically set up corporate evaluations designed for failure so not to give the pay raise one truly deserves. corporations have lost touch with reality and who are the hardest working employees the one on the ground foor
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the pay verses the responsibilities of my job are extremely low. i get the same pay as a new person waling through the door with less responsibilities. hours you must carry average hours per week to keep benefits , hours are reduced so drastically that what ever little vac are used to make up time
