I wish I had more hours is basically all I can think about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think my team leader is actually very nice. She knows when people are just being negative and when their concerns are legit. She is stern, but in an amazing way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company environment is good for the most part. The only issue is one of my co-workers who spreads rumors about everyone. It isn't a very fast environment (small town) so it isn't too bad!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is 90% amazing. There is only one person I don't like working with because they seem to love spreading rumors about everyone who works back there. Other than that, everyone is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not that I am completely undervalued at my workplace, however I think some of the LODs who work there need better people-training. They are quite pushy and also I think Target should give better hours and benefits.
