I don't like how they cut back on hours for regular staff, yet keep hiring other people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel making $11.25 is a low wage, considering those who work at McDonald's or Arby's make more. Also, the yearly pay raise is around 25 cents.
