What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Don't limit your management scope to people with degrees. Some of the best management team only have real life experience. My etl was only ever a college bartender before her target career. No management experience and it shows!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Target hires upper mgmt straight out of college, but will not hire an undegreed person with 15+ years of real mgmt experience. Mgmt staff at my store are lazy, I experienced and entitled young girls. They lack direction and people skills. They work short hours because there is no time clock for them
