Ethics communication expect realistic expectation of your employees. try training your employees and not telling them they're not eligible to work don't tell individuals that there's no room for him in the department and turn around and hire somebody else to take their job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quit taking their shortcuts on the bottom line that means our paychecks my store HR will overspend in the next week cut everybody's hours to make up for it Christmas time there's people there are working over 40 hours overtime and some of us are only getting 28 hours
