Executive team should expect same results from all team members, and they should all be on the same page as far as our goals. Too often something is done and coworkers do or don’t do something, and it becomes a counterproductive circle of work.

At one point I loved what I do, unfortunately the sentiment has changed. The lack of support from the leadership is disheartening. We don’t have the proper equipment to do our work. The changes implemented by corporate are unreasonable considering the amount of people working in the time given.
