Its a very negative and somber environment and I really don't look forward to work everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like my management team they take my physical needs into consideration
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like no one tries their best anymore. We need more people to be hired and trained correctly! I want our department to feel like its as important as any other department in the store
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Feeling like our work actually matters and gets recognized. Just a quick "good job" or "the place looks great" type comments really upbuild the team and make it feel like we actually matter to the team and to the store
