Stop using manipulative tactics to squeeze employees and start paying reasonable wages and offering reasonable schedules that take into consideration the health and well- being of employees instead. It's all about covering everything with a shortage, especially labor. That needs to end.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Treat employees like valuable, sovereign people with needs and a right to dignity and consideration. This includes providing adequate hourly compensation as well as hours, benefits, vacation time and sick days. Stop manipulating workers by creating shortage (labor, lack of supplies.)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work hard on a number of fronts: physically, emotionally, and mentally. I'm a Starbucks TM at a high volume store and we are often short handed to the extent that our guests are offended at the conditions. We're not allowed to accept tips and if guests do leave tips, Target steals them.
