Between 1-10 I give it a 6 1/2. My original boss was a good guy and my team was generally filled with good people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing was easy if a little time consuming - they waited a month after I applied to call and like 2 months after to interview in person.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They think they're positive - and they were before changing ETL - now they're fake and oppressive. They need to get over themselves and be kind to their underlings - not fake - KIND! Helpful. Understanding. Accommodating. We're not robots - we're people. Even my old TL understood crazy standards.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers were fine generally, my new TL used to skip out on us before he was fired, newer TL is better. But the higher ups meet and they are exclusive about it since the new ETL came on. All they do is stand around and clap for themselves. Give themselves credit for our hard work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation might have been fair if I'd been given full time hours. The last several months of my employ they had me on 5-15 hours per week. I asked for more hours and they told me they'd give them - never happened. I'd been working there nearly 4 years and they couldn't give decent hours to me.
