For the most part, they're all friendly and personable and truly care about the store and its employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I cover multiple departments and I'm asked to take on more work than my normal job consists of. I'm expected to do all of this extra work, but I'm not compensated for it.
