Seniority and experience means nothing to them. The best way to advance is being friends with the bosses which goes against my work ethic,. I value honesty, a sense of responsibility and ownership towards a position, not how long and how hard can we go party or gossip about everyone else.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. If they had a better sense of communication instead of assuming one knows or that one shouldn't know about certain or all subjects related to our positions, the work , no matter how tedious, it would be done because there would be a sense inclusion, not just them being superior
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Respect goes a long way. Not only for a person but for what they do within the company. Respect to how things are done so when one is away things keep moving smoothly instead of having to come back to a mess that one needs to clean up because they didn't care how it turned out
