I feel most complete when I help a guest with something they need and they give thanks.

I liked how during the interviews they were looking at my character and my work ethic to see if I would fit Target's image.

All of my coworkers get along really well. We know that our jobs come first, but we keep a positive morale by keeping conversations flowing between us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite thing about my STL is how he always thanks me for working hard and helping out with whatever job needs to be fulfilled. His support and encouragement has really left an impact on me, and makes me feel valued.
