The workers need to feel more appreciated. The customers wants and needs are overvalued, and as a result, the workers suffer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always have your back, and they will cover for you if you are feeling down. This also requires you to do the same for them. They feel like your second family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the managers were straight with me and told me how it was up front. I don't like to beat around the bush and I don't like to be surprised.
