
Been there for 11 years and the turnover rate is faster than flowing water!! Better treatment of team members is needed ASAP!!
Thanks to the "UN"Affordable "UN"Care Act - Target team members no longer can afford health insurance. Even before the ACA began, the benefits weren't the best.
STOP cutting hours - especially for those who are long time TMs. When new hires get all the hours and long term TMs get nothing - that's not fair.
Stop saying that everyone MUST have open availability. Some people are looking for a 2nd job - so work with their availability! I know that too many possible good employees are overlooked based just on availability.
Maybe it depends on the store, but I have seen certain stores struggle due to hours being cut, but the amount of work being increased. When TMs are down, they don't care about doing a good job, especially with hours always being cut.
