I have such a positive overall experience with Target that I would recommend anyone to work there. I feel comfortable to go to any of my management or HR with anything. I feel like a part of a team working with Target. A team that REALLY DOES CARE about the guest.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going into a place where you feel like you are a part of place that puts the customer 1st.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Even though it did take a while to hear from them, I was interviewed by 2 managers. It was nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of the team members that I have met are nice and helpful. I feel comfortable talking to all of my team members.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work part time so I do not get any benefit package. I do get an hourly rate that is nicely above minimal wage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team listens to you and helps you when you need them. Makes you feel good about yourself and working for them and Target.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have never seen or heard of any negative remarks about any members of the team. Everything has been positive. Some management thanks you for day when you work.
