Actually have meetings with team members. Even the Team Lead meetings aren't always effective. Lots of false promises.
Be on the same page and communication! Its crazy how one policy can change so much amongst each leader. It should be somewhat same across the board.
Two interviews works real well. One with a team lead and if they like the candidate the ETL can also interview that candidate to see if theyre a good fit.
What I do not think is fair is that I have been at Target for 10 years now, I get an annual review each year with a small raise. What really upsets me is that when the minimum wage goes up I don't get any compensation for that. There are people who have just started that make the same or more!
