The relationships it's not just business it is personal
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They match 401k, but insurance is horrible basically you have it for catastrophic not day to day living
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe corporate should meet with regular team members on a regular basis and actively listen to their ideas, concerns and input they are the ones actually doing the job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Those at the top need to spend one week at the bottom, there is a big disconnect from those who sit in their offices at corporate and those working in the stores.
