
Treating the workers like people. Management needs better leadership and training. Executive management needs to have better training and learn leadership skills.
I have already given notice and will be leaving the company soon. There is nothing that could be done fast enough to want to make me stay with the company.
Target needs to spend more time training employees and do it in a way that will allow them to retain the information and flurish. Currently, they just throw them into the deep end of the pool and say sink or swim.
Everyone gets paid the same after a few years. I have worked for Target for 14 years and I have gone above and beyond to learn every aspect of the job and I am paid the same as those who do the bare minimum to stay employeed.
