What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and they hired me on the spit pending drug test and background check of course
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Like of stated before...how we are treated and lack of appreciation we recieve but they act like we are doing a bad job when we struggle to get done 2 days of work in one day. Those adjacencey calendars are clearly wrong. Those of us who have been there for more than 10 years know how long it takes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about their emplyoees and how they talk and treat them. Give the people who actually do all the work more than 2 to 3 days and give them a weeks worth of work to do in those days! It seems as though all they are thinking about is their bonus and what new car or vacation housr they can buy.
