What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling, our store is a mess and I get scheduled on school nights.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very chaotic and fast. Not "company" like at all except the pursuit of money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Coworkers doing their equal share and cleaning up after themselves. Better management that doesn't rotate stores every few months. I get it prevents bias but it makes work a nightmare for those confined to one store.
