They try to make me close every night. Cases are always piled up in AP but they keep cutting resources.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no work life balance. Target has become so greedy. They want one person to do the work of three or four people. Do not work for Target if you have other options!!!!!!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop cutting resources. Stop being cheap and actually have enough people in the stores and at the registers so that everyone isn’t doing 10 jobs at once. We are looking more like Walmart everyday.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop being open on Thanksgiving. We have families that we would like to spend time with and not be at work. Get more people in AP and everywhere in the store. Don’t expect a person to work only nights and call that the “business need”.
