
Have better management. Have genuinely nice people that represent the company.
They need to be better with team members. The ETLs (including HR) are rude, condescending, don’t listen or take their members into consideration. They don’t value their team members.
They need proper training so they can do the job right. They also need to ask questions so they have a better understanding and get some manners. Our newest members seem to be the most rude.
