Cut executive and board of director pay. Provide a Livable wage. Pay ETLs less money. Stop the bonus structure for STL, HR, ETL cutting hours to benefit payroll. Healthcare benefits are terrible, allow HMO PPO that used to be an option. Profit sharing.
ETLs talk poorly of team members and gossip. HR does not work to benefit the team members but is actively out to cut payroll. Team leaders are given lists of TMs the ETL staff would like coached until they can be fired. Toxic culture.
Provide a livable wage. Promote from within. Stop hiring interns and fresh out of college ETLs with no retail experience, they ruin the culture, stay an average of 1.5 years and are only there to fire/force out long term tenured employees that know the business. Allow team members to Unionize.
