The 401k is competitive. I wish I had known more about the benefits of after tax contribution versus before tax.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Inventory management. Target continually disappoints our guests with its ability to be in-stock when it matters. Disappointing the guests means the employees take the brunt of that negativity directly. That's bad for morale.
