By bringing back the backroom team and the flow team putting thing back like they were

We have so much stock sitting around not enough people to get everything push and backstock.just hate my job now used to love it but most times I hate going in
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Boss talking to you like you just started working there rethink the way the end to end works not really working all that well at our store not enough hours to get everything done or people to get it done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When we go into a mess everyday and a team will come and tell you that something else needs to be done that once was there job. Not enough time to get job done when you only get to work only 4 to 5 hours a day when you are now doing the job of 5 or 6 people.
