What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being more cross trained for guest service, as there are very few team members cross trained for guest service and I am a Cashier and have worked the majority of my shifts at guest service since thanksgiving.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been there for almost 9 years, I started at $7.50/hr and have had to take on many responsibilities such as CO, GSTL Coverage, guest service coverage and assistance when needed, cashier, dishes at Starbucks and help out in softlines. I am currently making $13.09/hr. No Addt'l compensation.
