
Vacation time is not paid out, use it or lose it. Paternity/ maternity LOA is not the best. Work life balance needs to be valued more.
There are usually no takeaway/ actionable items or change created from having a meeting. Also, there are only certain voices that are valued by Sr leadership in the department I work in. It’s not equal.
Accountability from our Sr leaders to balance workload, chip in more. There work is no more important than our work. Keep close to the core of the business as much as you can no matter your pay level. Act as oneteam and stop playing favoritisms.
