Listening to some team members. Our opinion used to count. Now we are no longer heard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Senior team members are always friendly to everyone. However, newer team members do not greet you, even if you greet them first.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Majority of the team stands around and does more conversating then doing the work at hand. The hard working team members are pushed to work harder to make up for the others not working. To much favoritism in the store.
