What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Directly addressing troubled areas or team members and communicating with management of each shift to know what is going on and so as to not break what was just fixed the day prior.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is low for the amount of work that is done and for the hazardous environment and toxic customers and coworkers. I do as much work as 2 people but still see the same pay as someone who doesn't even do the work of one.
