There are always smiles and everyone asks how everyone is doing. Everyone cares about each other

I love how positive it is. I also like how I can express myself with my uniform.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to communicate a little more and make sure everyone under them knows what they are supposed to do
What did you like most about the interview process?
They really wanted to make sure I was right for the job so they asked questions about what I would do in certain situations.
