What is the best part about your compensation package?
Minimum wage, not much more to be said. Pay increases are drowned out by minimum wage increases and makes them null.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some new team members need some coaching, but other than that the team is trained to work together very well. Everyone is friendly and professional.
