We as a society need to stop catering to consumers.

The leadership team needs to get better at recognizing employees for their (unpaid!) contributions.

I have no idea. I think there'd need to be a complete restructuring throughout the entire model.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because this corporation only pays its workers minimum wage because they're legally required to do so. If they weren't, they'd probably only try to pay us pennies a day.
