Boring, repetitive work, without hope for promotion despite being qualified makes going to work a chore.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and respect of team members.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The initial interview was positive. I got along with the woman who interviewed me. It felt like a conversation rather then an interrogation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like the executives don't really care that much about their team members, and tend to view them as more cogs in the machine.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Cooperation and communication. Most due to personal dissatisfaction tend to keep their heads down and just stick to their own work rather then work together.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Most team members don't feel like they are respected and thus don't feel like putting their all into their work. It is hard to convince workers to do their best if they don't believe that they are valued.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Workers need to feel like they are valued. At the moment the company views their lower ranked workers as disposible. Plus there is very little upward movement in the ranks. Generally only the ones who are the favorites of the ETLs get promoted, sometimes without even working for a long time.
