Started off pretty well, but my experience hasn't gotten better since. Cut hours, bigger workloads, understaffing, poor execution and communication, low morale, not enough pay.

Didn't take long, calm but insightful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Teamwork (when able) and a moderate but not too burdensome workload.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executing new corporal changes, communication, proper training, better planning for heavy workloads and understaffing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay and hours. I go above and beyond what's expected of me yet I'm only making entry level pay.
