They are great people who are easy to get along with and most are good at their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because after two years with Target I only make as much money as someone who gets hired tomorrow. I think that if they bump the minimum pay, it needs to be scaled so older team members keep their raises.
