The people get along for the most part as a team. Team members are cool with each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we communicate and get along. We work hard and still have a good attitude even though we know we will never be appreciated by the leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To get paid more based on us having more responsibilities for less pay. Corporate changed the process so we would have more responsibilities so that the company could save money.
