Quality of applicants needs to be higher that make it to an in person interview.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Half of the executive team needs to be replaced. Not accountable for their own work/actions and don’t give credit to their teams instead taking

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The health insurance is expensive and doesn’t cover much! Drs in our area don’t like to deal with our health insurance and make negative comments about it. Start with 2 weeks vacation and have to wait 5 years befor
