Overall experience is good. One of the hardest parts of working for Target is the lack of time able to spend with family during the holidays. Days closest to holidays are shifts with just 10 hrs between shifts for 3-4 days making it difficult to celebrate with my own family.

Quality of applicants needs to be higher that make it to an in person interview.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Half of the executive team needs to be replaced. Not accountable for their own work/actions and don’t give credit to their teams instead taking
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance is expensive and doesn’t cover much! Drs in our area don’t like to deal with our health insurance and make negative comments about it. Start with 2 weeks vacation and have to wait 5 years befor
