bringing up morale and stop keeping people who don't want to do there jobs and keep people that actually work hard

to work for target is good but to get a promotion is no point cause they pick who they want for that position. don't matter if you have experiance
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
listening to employee issue instead of telling us we are being negative. hours. if your not going to give hours the morsel is going to be bad. this modernization is not going to work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
they need to go back to what made target different then other retails. target is just turning into an other walmart. target use to be a place to go knowing it's clean now it's just like other retails
