Targets higher management is horrible, from my experience, while many of my managers were AMAZING, encouraging and genuinely cared about the well being of their team. The coworkers are a TEAM and very loving and encouraging towards one another.

Being able to see my coworkers, and get money.

The people I work with are very kind and resourceful, as well as encouraging. They acknowledge accomplishments.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got offered the job on the spot, after both interviews in the same hour, and was told how great I was going to be at the job. It was very uplifting.
