Overall, my experience is positive. The only change that needs to occur is for the STL to change the way she treats her teams members when something doesn't go her way.

The team works together very well. they are friendly and knowledgeable.

i get to talk to different people everyday. my smile could be the only one a guest receives that day.

both of the interviewers I had were extremely nice and make me feel like i wanted to be a part of their team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of us get along, but the STL plays favorites among the leadership team. she also takes her anger out on members of the leadership team.
