I am most happy when enough staff was scheduled so the day was less hectic and stressful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The schedule often was not well thought out. I would have to close until 11pm and then open at 7:30am.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was one on one with a really nice lady. The questions were open ended and encouraged you to tell stories.
