Everyone is fairly laid back, there are no major issues or drama between coworkers

I would like it if I could have additional benefits such as vision and dental
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are usually fair- if someone brings up an issue there is always an effort to solve the problem instead of putting a bandaid on it.
