
Be more selective when hiring executives, make sure they have experience in the work force.
The executives are very condescending and have little to no experience over what they are putting the team through.
They need to hire more executives with experience as team leaders or team members. The condescending attitudes and retaliation is out of control.
A little bit of positive reinforcement and appreciation would go over better for morale. Leaders are held accountable for executive failures and it reflects in the raises.
