Working at Target has been a wonderful experience from my beginnings as a cart attendant, to where I am now as an Electronics Team member I've enjoyed almost every day spent there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The thing I liked most about the interview process was the interviewer telling me that I got the job immediately preceding my interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow me a certain amount of freedom in decision making that signals that I have their trust and that they have confidence in my abilities as an employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that I have one at all is what I like about it I know a few companies that don't even offer the base level benefits that Target does.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I get to interact with at work make my day from my coworkers to the customers I help match products that best fit their needs it's just a great place to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and often seem to know what the other is thinking, able to anticipate what one of our fellows needs without even a word. No one shies away from helping out another team member or assissting a customer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere is just a positive one because of the people I work with they show up ready to work every day and if someone is not up to a 100% others are willing to pick up the slack to help out.
