The ability to be honest and ask questions.

They have priorities and know what to do. They are not uncertain of tasks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Knowing what your work does contributes to positive reactions from others around you - guests and team members. There is enough signage and computers to get the job done.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is enough equipment so if assistance is needed, the company supplied the resources to help. Morale is higher as a result and helps make the work experience a more positive experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While an hourly wage was set, there was never a guarantee on how many work hours you will get. You may lose insurance if you are not making enough. If a contract was signed guaranteeing at least 32 hours a week, it would be satisfying.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Unsafe conditions (trash). Clutter in the stockrooms. Staff is limited and roles are added so work is exhausting. Sometimes it feels like all the work you do is ruined within minutes from careless customers or employees who lose focus. Have more supply and staff to fulfill demands.
