
Customer service and have more initiative about work related stuff.
Better customer service and weekly meetings to discuss issues with our workplace.
Initiative and not wait until someone tells you to do it or ask for help.
I need better co-workers and management should take care of it but is useless as them.
I do things besides the job title that I hold which is cashier but I also re-stock clean floors if necessary even thought I am not supposed to do but still can get a raise after all these years.
