Terrible to say the least.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I cannot believe work environments like these exist.
What did you like most about the interview process?
People were interviewed all of the time but we rarely hire anyone. I believe HR only interviews them so they don't apply again.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Terrible management. Work environment was very stressful. Supervisor for the front of store. Everyday you had to be on your toes. Heard HR trash talking other employees. HR informed me that some older cashiers are incompetent. Will never work there again. Do not recommend to anyone.
