usually the TMs and not the LODs or anyone up the chain.
some of them are fun to interact with and they are good at their job
stop making bad changes to how the individual stores operate when they don't need to be changed.
for the most part, everyone in our team communicates well and gets along and gets the job done.
the modernization changes were poorly implemented and are having negative impact on TM retention, pay, and safety of the work environment
communication, scheduling and making sure that changes to store operations/ space are consistent and viable given every individual store's available space and allotted payroll. Training of new TMs could be improved as well
making better decisions about what the company is doing at an individual store level by not trying to change things that don't need changing such as the entire Logistics process at the store level.
