I feel they are very accepting and inclusive of diversity

We are almost all very close in age, and they're all super kind and helpful

They seem to take their jobs very seriously and are generally really nice to employees, at least in my location.

They seemed genuinely interested in my answers and definitely wanted to get me on board with the company and describe the job's responsibilities well.
